Things are chugging along pretty quickly here at Alabu. If you read our newsletter you already know we’ve been pretty busy these past weeks preparing for the Erie County Fair. Along with all of that we also have to get ready for the Christmas and Winter (dry skin) season. Because our soap has to dry for four whole weeks before we can wrap it and ship it to you, it takes us a little bit more time than most companies to get ready for the Holidays. I’m starting to make soap for the Winter season now, which means in the beginning of July I had to have my orders in for raw materials (mostly essential oils). That’s not what most people mean when they say “Christmas In July”. I guess it has a different meaning for us at Alabu!
